      - People are friendly and collaborative - Fast paced - Coworkers are intelligent and competent - Generally a positive environment - Good compensation

      Cons

      - Unstable, layoffs make people feel uneasy - Leadership can be bad at communicating expectations - Some people are hybrid/remote and some are in person. The in person folks don't have the option to go remote full time and that breeds some resentment for remote workers
