      Pros

      Great benefits, amazing office. Very smart and fun people to work with, in a friendly environment. Work-life balance is great.

      Cons

      volatility of the business is a real problem. The stock price has devalued significantly in the past two years. Constant reorgs and turnover at the executive level. Layoffs are more of a when will they happen vs a will they happen.

      Talking to people about the products. Selling the products to people ready for health and community. I loved working for Peloton and sharing the information about products and community

      Horrible showroom management. “Team” who steal sales and joke of managers allowing it. Always a loophole.
