      Great People, everything else...meh

      Pros

      -Legacy employees really carry the employee culture forward. -W/L balance was pretty nice. -Occasional catered food. -Nice office space -Brand recognition goes a long way for opportunities at larger companies. -Talent pool was a good mix of startup and large company job history -Salary wasn't bad -Values employees from different backgrounds

      Cons

      -Leadership is often times cryptic on company direction/significant lack of transparency -Management /promotional structure seems arbitrary, not performance based -Career growth is largely nonexistent -Very volatile work environment due to regular layoffs and constant reorgs. -Targeted layoffs arent typically for performance related issues and often arent explained by leadership.

      Pros

      Nice work-life balance, no real pressure to deliver anything and you can coast. Decent experience for entry-level engineers

      Cons

      Not an ideal place to work on meaningful projects, due to a lack of product and business direction. Plus lots of people who don't really work.
