No matter how bad or good you did on your review your pay raise went by tenure had to wait for someone to die to get promoted

Full time employees have health ins, part timers do not. Older experienced employees are very helpful and ready to answer any questions.

Cons

unorganized management. Training is unorganized too. People always feel overwhelmed. Pay is not competitive. Other telecommunication companies start at $2.00 more per hour.

Good benefits package, decent entry level job. Plenty of opportunity to advance if you have the proper certification.

Cons

Entry level employees are treated like dumb monkeys. Management is too busy covering their behinds to help the customers, Senior management is disturbingly out of touch with what matters.
