5yThank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Change is constant in our business and we do ask team members to be flexible as we engage with clients in a variety of industries that change frequently.
Regarding your other comments, we have worked hard to implement marketing tools for our sales associates to be successful. While it is never an easy decision to release an employee from our company, we provide as much notice as possible. In addition, we always honor outstanding proposals and provide our sales associates commission for a generous extended time period.
We also appreciate you providing advice to management. We will try harder not to micromanage and hire employees who we can trust to be nimble. Thank you and good luck on your next endeavor!
