Pros

Down to earth colleagues outside of the leadership team. Free books. Offices are brilliant.

Cons

Data team is consistently overworked with the amount of work required from such a small function. Glaringly obvious discrimination if you're not a member of the 'boys club' likely to have quite a negative experience. Poor career progression Office politics is rife

Pros

No pros apart from some of the books that are available for free or discounted.

Cons

Disability confident supposedly and yet fail to manage or support those that are disabled. Lack of opportunity and no commitment to diversity of any kind.
