      Great Benefits and Culture, Poor Pay

      Pros

      - Free books all the time - Relaxed hours and flexible schedule - Company closes between Christmas and New Years (this is in addition to 20 standard vacation days) - Interesting work - Great people who are very knowledgeable

      Cons

      - I'm sure it is up to par for publishing specific jobs, but if you work in marketing or any sort of digital role the pay is waaaay below market rate. You have to love what you are doing because you could definitely make more money elsewhere.

      Good work environment, very low pay and 90 days to insurance

      Pros

      I really liked my coworkers, work was fairly clean, not very noisy

      Cons

      Low pay $11.20 an hour, had to work third shift 11:30pm to 7:30am, didn't leave much time for anything else, have to work overtime all of the time just to get a livable paycheck, very exhausting, very hard to move up

      Loved the people I worked with, passionate about the products we produced

      Cons

      Barely any upward movement, worked there for years in the same position, supervisor was very happy with performance but constant restructuring meant that there was a lot of politics and that counted more than performance.
