Pros

Work at home and you are allowed to go to the bathroom

Cons

Massive amounts of calls with very very little downtime, all they care about is if you get a good survey, they pick favorites with employees, and they always give the incentives to the same people, the hours are terrible and you can’t move shifts unless you are a veteran at the company, you can’t move positions unless you have perfect surveys, the callers are allowed to be mean to you, no unpaid days off at all, you have to use pto at all times or you get fired, the team support specialists are never on the line anymore and when you do ask for help they act like you should already know it all and they get upset at you for not knowing, they need sweeter team leads, they can be testy and short with you, the transcript calls are ridiculous and we can’t help them so they get mad at you, and they expect you to do the work of all of the other departments without getting any extra pay at all, they also want you to work for other schools for the same pay too.. just over all the company needs work, they need to ask us our opinions and actually listen

Pros

coworkers and free food occasionally

Cons

The executive team continually makes horrible decisions that undermine its credibility. One of the AE managers continually makes filthy, inappropriate jokes that make everybody extremely uncomfortable. The pay is below average, and the company is on its way under.
