      Pros

      Coworkers and direct supervisors are generally very kind, helpful, and understanding. HR is also really wonderful.

      Cons

      Upward momentum is nearly impossible and moves at a snail's pace, pay is referred to as competitive but is nearly impossible to live on comfortably in this day and age. Upper management makes decisions geared towards the bottom line that lead other departments to massive increases in workload and stress. Also goes through periods of months of understaffing and burns out remaining team members.
