Pros

Remote work and that's about it.

Cons

You will be overworked and underpaid. Most management is clueless and incompetent. No cohesion between teams whatsoever leads to poor communication and frantic work. Leadership preaches rhetoric about the company's "mission" to distract employees from the bottom line which is: every decision is about trying to be more profitable. Pressure continues to mount on the day to day workers while the company refuses to invest in their own employees and resources. They have demonstrated that their workforce is expendable which isn't a sign of good times ahead.
