Pros

If you just want to dial all day and not sale anything be an SDR here. It easy

Cons

Low pay, boring and no investment in the "SDR" will lie to your face about sending you a laptop to work on, sending you a sales book, headphones, leads. All that.

Pros

Penn Foster made an effort to provide decent accomodations to shift to remote work for most employees. Frequent meetings continue to be a thorn, but most managers are open and supportive of flexible schedules.

Cons

Interdepartmental communication is lacking. Many departments work on similar projects in silos and then try to overrule each other based on the work they did. Compensation isn't yet at market averages.
