Pros

-Honorable mission -Some great people and teams -Wonderful success stories (wish they were more common) -Good place to learn if you are early in your career -PF programs are free for employees

Cons

-Upper level egos rule over everything including company mission, which creates a toxic environment that limits innovation and progress -Lots of pontification from leadership but little translates into action -Teams are siloed, creating major issues for scaling -Very expensive benefits for what you get -Pay is way too low vs expectations
