      Pros

      My husband and I both work in sales here and we love it. The pay is great, management is always supportive and ready to help - you can tell they really care about your success as an employee. Unlimited PTO, frequent lunches in office for employees, potential to work from home, pretty hands-off management unless you need a more hands-on approach.

      All warm leads so very minimal digging or prospecting to build a pipeline, and no "cold-calling" needed which is nice! Our SDR team sends over almost everyone we pitch, so if you can sell, you'll get plenty of chances to!

      Cons

      As in any B2C sale, it can be a grind. A lot of reps do have to put in overtime to hit quota. But, if you're efficient and can do it in 8hrs you'll never be asked to work more.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, consistent hours, decent PTO, nice company culture, community outreach/opportunities. Good first job out of college.

      Cons

      Low pay. Restructuring in 2019 was disruptive and changed job titles across the company, regardless of experience, degrees, talents, or interests. Hard to move up. They hold independent contractors to same standards as full-time employees WITHOUT the same benefits, e.g., unpaid mandatory professional development.
