Decent paid time off. Ok Medical. Occasionally pizza & other free lunches. Occasionally special events. Gym on site. Free coffee.

Cons

Extremely low pay for faculty. You could be FT or PT or an Adjunct or an Independent Contractor. There's no rhyme or reason how they classify your position or pay scale. If you like having an advanced degree & working as an instructor for $10 - $15 an hr. go for it. Management in Education Department changes yearly or more often. They fired 2/3 of their instructors in 2019 due to "restructuring". Then they fired the VP who fired all if the instructors!

Great people to work with. Very supportive. The office staff and instructor are extremely student centric mindset

I havent found anything. My supervisor is a great person who is very helpful. I am appreciative to work here.
