Pros

Good training Some coworkers were helpful

Cons

Toxic work environment which coworkers were constantly causing problems/gossiping/isolating others. Favoritism was the worst. Also worked on several projects for months which then would be scrapped so wasting productivity on nonsensical money draining projects.

Pros

Health Benefits were pretty good

Cons

Penn Foster bought Ashworth. They used the covid pandemic as an excuse to layoff people they didn't want anymore. Now you have all these Penn Foster/Ashworth jobs listed. I thought they would call people back, and offer them their jobs back.

Pros

Individuals on teams are great to work with. You can take courses for free. A large variety of roles in different departments throughout the company. Lots of good-hearted, caring people, including CEO. Good vacation time without guilt. Decent amount of autonomy and work/life balance. Good intentions.

Cons

Health insurance is unreasonably expensive. Many in leadership are behind-the-curve and upside-down in expertise. Lots of talk, not a lot of action. A great place to allow your career to flounder with promises of growth. It appears wonderful at first, just don't overstay your welcome. They're trying to work on pay fairness but the company is notorious for underpaying and also cycles through layoffs. Regular emails are sent to employees to leave positive Glassdoor reviews. The company wants to level up in success but is consistently mediocre in its choices and its results.
