Pros

-Employee safety is number one, then comes productivity. -Consistent training so everyone is qualified with their task -Offer great hours overtime most of the time optional. -Great pay and benifits -Get to enjoy the outdoors -Respect to one another is extremely important and everyone is appreciated

Cons

Risky work, and you have to deal with the weather. But the company offers plenty of consistent training so everyone is skilled to do their duty safely and professionaly.

Good work, you get the time you need to make good money. Starting pay is awesome!

Cons

Poor management, no one likes to teach you anything and thinks you know everything from the start.
