The individuals that receive services are awesome.

Cons

Racism is a huge issue and instead of offering sensitivity training minorities are encouraged to be understanding of the ignorance from the caucasian employees.

Pros

Manager was easy to get ahold of and communicate changes in programming for client.

Cons

Company was very disorganized. There are not enough employees to cover your shift if you need to take off of work for any reason. Pay is low for the amount of work that you have to put in.
