Pros

I get a paycheck every 2 weeks

Cons

Does not value employees clearly as we were just sent an email from the CEO that we get no bonus this year, and we are already severely underpaid compared to comparable positions at other companies I haven't switched just because of the years of service I have in but may be the time now

Pros

Lead tech does her best to keep her staff happy but even she is being worn down and not able to help with any employee issue.

Cons

Underpaid. Overworked. High turnover. Worthless management. Pharmacy director was working from home and lying about it, saying she was traveling between the two facilities daily. Supervisory staff will NOT step in when shifts need covered, techs are expected to pick up 100% of them, and if not, low man on the totem pole is assigned the shift. Company has no regard for anyone outside nursing. They stopped paying departments outside nursing for overtime so they could AFFORD to pay the nurses when they can’t do ANYTHING themselves. The whole place is crumbling, spare yourself the headache and look for employment elsewhere. If you’re not willing to be a yes man, you’ll get bullied out. If you’re a hard worker, they’ll coddle the lazy one. Do you like spending time with your family? Sucks. You’ll never go to another family event again. Want to promote? You won’t because you were never drinking buddies with the director. They make sure they have extra time off for the holidays yet when someone calls off they don’t step in as any other management team would be expected to. Worst. Job. I’ve. Ever. Had.

Pros

Compensation and benefits are attractive. Staff and co-workers are supportive

Cons

For such a big-name Health Care system, they are stuck in the dark ages. It is embarrassing the resources you have to fight for. Senior leadership appears supportive in public but is rude and dismissive behind closed doors. People are afraid to speak up for fear of retaliation, therefore things will never change. There is no work-life balance, no one cares if you are working seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Leadership only cares about what you produce but care nothing about you as a person.
