Pros

Working at Penn state holy spirit has been wonderful. I feel the hospital makes patient-centered care a priority. They also invest in staff development. Management is very approachable and responsive to feedback. My team has great team work and are very supportive. Pay is competitive and they have plenty of opportunities to assist with advancing your career.

Cons

Healthcare is tough at times but with a good team it makes it easier.

Pros

I was there for 15 and a half years. Workplace is diverse and has a lot of great staff and good pay!

Cons

At that time I worked there (which might have changed ) there was not a lot of company programs / educational offerings like some other places I have worked to help you grow within the organization.

Pros

+ Good health insurance and benefits + Easy interview process + 11.5 hour shifts + Urgent care setting where you get a ton of experience

Cons

- Low pay with no incentive - High turnover rate - POOR management, no actions towards improving work environment or flow - Company couldn’t care less about employees breaking HIPPA and not doing their job, as long as they have employees. - Employees yelled at for job tasks which are not in MA scope of practice. - Several additional job tasks added on due to poor performance of other employees - Constant drama (and harassment) within office and poor work ethic
