Pros

1. You only work 3 12 hour shifts a week. 2. Working every third weekend instead of every other. 3. Health insurance starts the same day as you. 4.Tuition reimbursement for yourself and your family.

Cons

1.Some units are very outdated (changes are coming). 2.Equipment not always working (dynamap and/or portable pulse ox). 3.Admitting people for no reason (narc seekers). 4.Discharging people too soon.

HMC gave me a chance to use my assets as Inpatient Access in the Emergency Department.

Cons

My MOA certification is completed. I have having a very difficult time getting back in.
