Insurance options pto personal time 401k great. Need to pay better for their expectations. Love my office doctors and manager

Cons

They could do better with pay. They do not do market evaluations often. 1 in 11 years . Lpn get them all the time. They don’t let you work at you full scope of practice

In a management role, it can be very challenging to have a team underneath you asking for things that make it easier to do their job when they can’t be fulfilled. Pay in other systems is higher for most roles Not a very forward facing c-suite team at most PSH hospitals
