      Pros

      Great work environment. Get to work on a wide variety of projects with enthusiastic coworkers. As a university lab, there are discounts for continuing education at Penn State. Fantastic benefits.

      Cons

      Difficult bureaucracy at times. Can be confusing to handle contracts with customers. But this is not uncommon in this field.
