Pros

- The management at ITS understand that you're a college student. Inform them long in advance of an exam conflict or next-day assignment, and they'll be happy to let you off. - Getting promoted in Lab Consulting is always an option, if you want the extra commitment. A promotion really is a promotion, too; you become closer to the managers, and begin earning an extremely respectable hourly rate (for a college student). - The organization is held together via their Drupal site. Nearly everything is done through the website, and it keeps everything moving super smoothly.

Cons

- The management and supervisors can seem to take themselves too seriously. ITS manages the computer labs on campus, but often times it feels like being part of a military organization. For some, this might be bad. I didn't mind it so much.

Pros

Short commute to work, decent public transport system, walking friendly campus with many food options close to work place. Several health/fitness options to choose and try out both as part time as well as full time employee or as student earlier.

Cons

Lot of bureaucracy in everything, Very slow and resistant to change in operating procedures, very hierarchical systems
