Worst place I've ever worked... no order, no training, no structure... just old out of date women complaining about doing their job and getting mad at customers who have legitimate questions/concerns. During training, I was basically told to watch videos for a week in my cubical then sat with the "trainer" who just showed me what she does. No actual in depth training to make sure I comprehended the material or knew what I was doing. They just expect you to get it and learn in on your own, they didn't even have trainign until a few years ago... like what? the office culture was so bad when they asked me to go hybrid, it was a god send, until my manager would start to randomly teams me to say im giving wrong information.. So they spy on you without you knowing to scold you on things they didnt bother teaching you... clown show is the best way to describe it, PSU deserves better but wont spend the money to fix anything because everything is "afloat". One manager literally told me " im the captain of this sinking ship"... best way to describe PSU as a whole lately. Oh, the same manager had to be talked to by the other managers because so many people complained about dealing with her, YET, still there. Don't do it, not worth the anxiety and stress for 15 an hour
