Lots of long term Employees

Pros

All you have to do is look at the large number of long term employees (20 years plus) to know how employees are treated. This place is full of long timers. Long enough there are multiple generations of families working.

Cons

The same with any manufacturing job. The work schedule changes with the volume of orders, overtime is a regular occurrence.

Great Benefits, Good Job to learn different skills pertaining to mechanical abilities

Cons

First few years there overtime as much as you wanted since being sold to a capital investment group they don't particularly like the employees working overtime which means there could be considerable differences in weekly paychecks
