      The work is good and interesting. Pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      Poor people skills, Very difficult to progress, If you don't like getting your hands dirty, this is not the place for you.

      Good pay, good overtime, friendly coworkers

      Cons

      If you have medical issues (work related) you won't be paid for your time off and they will drag their feet paying your medical bills and will refuse to fix the situation that is putting you in the hospital in the first place.
