Good wage, good hours, paid sick leave and health cover

No outside work activates, very repetitive work. Very reserved management. No pay for overtime

Lots of long term Employees

Pros

All you have to do is look at the large number of long term employees (20 years plus) to know how employees are treated. This place is full of long timers. Long enough there are multiple generations of families working.

Cons

The same with any manufacturing job. The work schedule changes with the volume of orders, overtime is a regular occurrence.

Pros

It is a job but the management is all about the bonus they can get and dont care about the employees. They are home everyday with their family but do not care about you or yours.

Cons

The money is not good enough to spend all of your time there. They run machine so fast h can not hardley keep up. And bonus checks are very poor unless you are in management.
