      Good company...unless you have medical issues

      Good pay, good overtime, friendly coworkers

      Cons

      If you have medical issues (work related) you won't be paid for your time off and they will drag their feet paying your medical bills and will refuse to fix the situation that is putting you in the hospital in the first place.

      -The worst when it comes to vacation days. You are forced to keep 3 of your days to the end of the year shut down. Let a lone you only get 10 days for the whole year. -Very slow personal developments

      Pros

      Great benefits and pay. Almost always have the opportunity to work overtime. Co-workers are really awesome and make it easier to come to work. Usually promotes within.

      Cons

      Management will screw you over to make their jobs easier no matter how good your work is or how long you’ve been there. Most of management is underqualified. Unrealistic expectations. Low morale.
