      Culture is good. Collaboration and innovation are true values. Many opportunities to learn. Leaders are accesible. Employees are professional and well equipped to bring value to the company.

      Cons

      Long hours. If you are in a global role, you’ll be on the phone at 6 am and sometimes at 9 pm. It’s expected to be available at all times.
