A solid company but it will depend which office and department you are in

Pros

Good repetition and respected in the industry. Innovative and adopts new industry features. Potentially will keep growing.

Cons

Disconnection between the HQ and the other locations. A lot of work load and burnouts. Not willing to open the door for new leadership and young workforce.
