      Pros

      Nice location to build relationships with local customers. When I first started my Salary was somewhat competitive in surrounding dealers. I met a lot of good people along the way.

      Cons

      Across the board frustrated and negative co-workers. Poor morale. Corporate policy had no concern for valuable employees and never cared about the customers they have, only the money they shelled out
