      I have worked for this company for over 15 years. They recognized your hard work and promote from within. It has been an amazing expereince. Looking forward to another 15!

      Pros

      Excellent company to work for. Customer service is #1 and this attitude starts from top all the way down. Great pay plans with positive work environments. Big on promoting from within (I'm a great example). Excellent paid training programs for sales, Finance and Sales Managers.

      Cons

      Hard to get in, Harder to leave.
