      Pros

      Great benefits, promote from within, solid management team, solid HR team. Very good corporate atmosphere. Truly love going to work everyday.

      Cons

      Truly can't think of anything except for salary. Pay is less than potential earnings within similar organizations in the same position but that's made up for by benefits, etc.

      Pros

      Beautiful dealerships and lots of promises by corporate.

      Cons

      Unfair treatment of employees. Disparate treatment of management. Front line employees are held to specific standards but management doesn't seem to be. Poor communications from corporate office(s) to the markets and many bad managers in positions they shouldn't be in.
