      Pros

      Penske is a very professional, by-the-books company with a heavy handed human resources department. They do a good job of keeping the employees happy and the managers in check.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible. Entry level all the way up to upper management pay is always going to be less than a comparable position at a privately owned dealership.

      Great people to work with. Some 401k matching.

      Cons

      SUPER Stressful working environment. High turn over rate. Low wage increases... you get like $0.25/hr raise per year. Health benefits wasn't that great either.
