      Pros

      There are lots of opportunities for growth. Great atmosphere to work in. There is an amazing Team cocept and service to the guests is a top priority.

      Cons

      Multiple locations cuts down on continuity of connection between the dealerships. No way to change that. Many positions have weekly hour assignments so it is hard to do other things like school while working there.
