      Pros

      Luxurious facilities, great coworkers if you stay long enough. Top notch equipment.

      Cons

      Lack of family / work balance, work all the time mentality for close to fast food employee pay when.you calculate how many hours you've spent there. On the latest employee survey over 47% of employees indicated that they were looking for another job. Within weeks, company has lost valuable salespeople, service advisors and technicians. Morale is low, loads of talented people will leave, many regret leaving their old jobs and moving to Penske.

      Pros

      Big company, well-known brands, wide presence. They offer benefits but their package will cost you as you tend to pay the bulk of the monthly premiums. Office culture is relaxed but can get stressful when bad sales days happen.

      Cons

      Little to no opportunity for advancement. They keep you at a dealership and don't let you move to other automotive lines. They keep on changing the pay plan to cut your salary.
