      Pros

      Penske Austomotive is owned by Roger Penske who takes pride in every business opportunity he aquires. The benefits are great and the HR department is always thorough and helpful. Mr. Penske hires the best General Managers and the staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is professional yet there is no micro-management. I would recommend Penske to any who are applying. Our VP of operations stops and speaks to employees in passing, always waves and always has a smile as you can tell he enjoys his job. I would love to stay within the Penske Corporation as far as employment goes.

      Cons

      Some seasons are slower than others in the car business, but you have to take the good with the bad! The god seasons outweigh the bad!!!!!
