after spending a little more than a decade with another corporation (that I won't name) I was hesitant to work for another massive publicly traded auto company but moved forward anyhow based upon what others had told me. Two years later, I couldn't be happier. This company encourages growth, they encourage new ideas, they embrace change and productivity. Their message and brand is consistent and customer driven. I very much love this company. It has made the car business fun again
