Pros
Can have some WFH days if you like the hybrid office / WFH balance. Can move into other parallel positions in the office if available.
Cons
Upper management will push overtime, but also have times where overtime isn’t allowed at all, but then all the work cannot be completed in 40 hours a week. Stopped matching 401K during COVID and didn’t match again No room for moving into higher positions
