      Pros

      supervisor position is more like a team lead. Decent pay for ease of work.

      Cons

      Managers are some of the weakest I've seen. Poor communication, poor culture, and over employed front office managers. Received the lowest rating / raise I've ever been given in 7 years at 1.7%. Their scale vs what they say they rate on dont match. Stay away from Romulus.
