Overpaid given no degree. Benefits are average. 5 years service gets 20 paid vacation days plus 6 sick days. Sick days paid out if not used at end of year. Overtime.

Cons

Management doesn’t hold everyone accountable. Promises and commitments made to employees are rarely delivered on. Very poor training, if any. Can’t take days off if another employee is off, with 20+ days vacation for most, this is an issue.
