Once my district took over a failing district we have been in the negative 3 years running. No overtime whatsoever. Some of management trip off power trip but in reality not too bright. All they care about is number and not reality and fact. Pay for this position is horrible especially seeing as though you’re basically doing everyone’s job, answering phones, bring in PMs, etc etc. expectations in this company alone is unrealistic and not worth the stress. Benefits are not the best and work life balance is a non factor with this company.
