Good pay, positive, friendly colleagues, outstanding dispatchers

Cons

Supervisors and Managers incompetent. Unable or unwilling to bring the job up to it's fullest potential to retain employees. Work hours for drivers suck, swing and graveyard combined.

Great for the first year as the accounts you work on are quite well known. You learn how to be detailed oriented. Pay is okay.

Cons

Lack of growth opportunities after one year. Most Penske employees are contractors and work on their customer's site so your options to move up are quite limited.
