* Opportunities for promotion * Great benefits & perks * Opportunities to get into other lines of business * Great teamwork atmosphere * Company still has entrepreneurial spirit * Truly cares about the customer experience

Cons

* Pay can be better for management * Management should get better incentive/bonus programs * Competition refreshes commercial fleet more often * Need to open revenue streams for contract maintenance and stop having tunnelvision to compete with smaller truck leasing companies * Terrible work/life balance for managers. Managements personal time greatly abused.
