Great Products and service, company is very large and sometimes its difficult to get the support needed to be successful, however, they do have a catalog of training materials and many resources to learn more but, more self taught than one-on-one training

Great culture and people. Team members collaborate really well.

Cons

We often get caught working on too many things and losing focus on the important things. There is a lot of turn over at the executive level leading to instability at the plant level.
