Good pay. Good benefits. Good overall values.

Cons

Constant turnover at the executive level leads to regular change of philosophical direction. So, if you are not able to adjust your style as a manager, you will end up on the hot seat.

Pros

Decent Pay, Benefits, was a great team (keyword was).

Cons

New leadership took over the division and completely changed it. They only care about themselves. The leadership view is that Pentair is great and the customers need to think that as well. HR acts like they don't care because they are in the back pocket of leadership as well. Too many attitudes here that believe they are the best. Just ask a customer their thoughts on this group.
