      salary was decent and immediate coworkers were great

      Cons

      CEO and upper management didn't know how to handle our division and we were sold off like pawns. Hardworkers carried the load while there were multiple individuals that did little to nothing day after day without a word being said to them about their performance.

      Pros

      Pentair is a good company to work for if you don't mind working for a fortune 500 company. Average salary.

      Cons

      As with any company, the company figureheads have a distorted view of how the company should be run. We've recently shifted to become a Matrix organization. Everything is decentralized and very frustrating. No room for advancement if you're a woman.
