      Pros

      IT guys here are really nice when babes have nice butt. They will hang around chicks with nice butt like leeches.

      Cons

      IT department at this location is piece of crap. Support level work elementary grade level. Every time you need PC support, submit ticket then they closed without fix the problem. They are too scare to touch applications. Lack of knowledge, no confidence, blame.

      Pros

      People are great to work with. We have become a family just to survive.

      Cons

      Quit treating your people like dogs! They are what makes the company survive at the moment as we can't get out our own way - errors, late shipments, missed changes, etc. Management only cares about keeping their butts safe and everyone else is on their own. This is the most dysfunctional company I have ever worked for. I can't believe it is still in business. Getting rid of the people with the most knowledge won't solve the problems - just add to them.
