      Taking the good with the bad

      Pros

      Great people, pay is competitive, and plenty of opportunities if you are flexible and a hard worker. Working from home is possible occasionally with manager approval.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from upper management, recent salary freeze, and cuts to bonuses are difficult to swallow. Meager vacation time (10 days PTO until you reach your 5th year at the company) is very disappointing.
