Good starting pay, friendly people to work with who are always happy to help if you're stuck on something, reasonable work hours, and good experience.

Cons

Bad communication between departments about what's going on for intermediary projects once in a while, depending on your position as an intern you can be stuck doing maintenance work instead of engineering projects for your major.

Very safe company to work for as far PPE. Lots of free lunches. Warehouse has AC.

Cons

To many bosses and not enough workers! Pentair is not the company they think they are. Micro managed to hell and back. Just play stupid and this is a cake job. Pentair just got a safety shoe deal but has had a eye protection rule for ever. Safety managers love accidents because it justifies there three figured jobs. Just watch weather men and women during hurricane season when they have a named storm. They become almost getty. Good luck share holders.
